How to recruit!

As the team goes on we need to add more members to the team,helping the team expand. Now once more faction stuff comes out we might change the test a little but for the most part i am keeping the solo an FV dragon. Why? Well because it's not just about difficulty,it's about HOW they defeat the dragon and HOW WELL they use their abilities.
So to get into the team you have to defeat a dragon solo,that's the requirement to get into the team. The FV dragon is so far the best test because it allows you to use all your abilities with out any interruptions or help,trying to take down a big enemy,and a bunch of small enemies around you. Now that is not the only point of the test,when i say we both have to take on the other to dragons,that's the test to see how well they work as a team,and using their abilities to help the team.

Now as a recruiter,you must look at these things. You must know their abilities,look and see how they use them and how often they use them. The after you get someone into the team,report back in this sub-forum how well that member did,and what he did.


Make sure in recruiting you and the one you are testing are the only 2 going into the dragon instance. Also make sure to not help him when he is soloing the dragon,and watch everything from the gong. Sometimes the dragon may breath a fire ball once or twice at you,so if your a sentinel use your block move,or if you aren't use the shield of blocking during the test,but don't leave the gong. If you don't have that then move around the gong.....


If he fails and dies then go out of the gong onto the rock that he is coming back to jump on,and tell him to refill to full,and make sure to use his abilities. He can try as many times as he wants until he defeats the dragon or decides to quit or try again later.
